Ingredients

- Cocoa powder (two tablespoons)
- Maple syrup (two tablespoons)
- Vanilla extract (quarter teaspoon)
- Chia seeds (two teaspoons)
Optional toppings
You can add crushed cookies, nuts, berries, banana slices, vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream if you like extra flavor or texture.
How to Make
- Put cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend everything until it is very smooth, please stop and scrape the sides with a spoon if needed.
- Scoop or pour the mixture into a jar or cup.
- Put it into the fridge and chill for at least thirty minutes so it gets thicker.
